i. V4/U4 <br /> CONDITIONS FOR N-1090-3-1 Page. 2 <br /> S. Initial compliance with VOC emission rate requiremcnts shall be demonstrated by the results of the <br /> laboratory sample analysis. The results shall be submittod to the Distnct within 60 days of the test. <br /> . Ongoing compliance with VOC emission rate requirements shall be demonstrated by sampling the effluent <br /> gas stream with a FID, PID, or other District-approved VOC detection device. <br /> 10. Sampling to demonstrate ongoing compliance shall be performed at least once per week. <br /> 11. Records of the cumulative running time and the measured effluent VOC concentration shall be maintained. <br /> 12. All records shall be retained for a minimum of 2 years, and shall be made available for Distnct <br /> inspection upon request. <br /> 13. Operation of the soil remediation system shall not exceed 2 yea3rs without prior District approval. <br /> 14. A minimum of two carbon canistexs which are connected in scries shall be utlliLed. <br /> 15. The carbon canisters removed from tho system shall be sealed vapor tight. <br /> 16. Neither the soil ventilation rate or the effluent gas flow rate shall exceed 125 Win when utilizing <br /> the carbon canisters. <br /> 17. The VOC concentration of the effluent gas from the soil remediation system served by carbon canisters <br /> shall not exceed 19 ppuvy. <br />
