Meays : <br /> As requested in your May 11 , 1992 letter to Mr . John Margowski of <br /> Wickland Oil Company, the following is a workplan to install <br /> addition ground water monitoring wells to define the boundaries of <br /> soil and/or ground water contamination associated with this site, <br /> see Appendix A. <br /> The latest sampling results indicates that the ground water plume <br />. is defined to the north - MW6 , to the south - MW4 and MW7 , to the <br /> west -- MW9 and to the southeast - MW5 . Lateral extent needs to be <br /> defined to the east - northeast, east of MW8 , see Figure 3 and <br /> Table 1 . <br /> I <br /> ' PURPOSE <br /> i <br /> The purpose of this workplan is to show the placement of two down <br /> gradient ground water monitoring wells east of MW8 as shown on <br /> Figure 3 , describe the drilling, sampling, installation, <br /> development and monitoring that will be needed in the course of <br /> the placement of the wells and the evaluation of the remediation <br /> of this site . <br /> LOCATION <br /> The station is located at 6425 Pacific Avenue at the intersection <br /> of Douglas Road, in San Joaquin County, Stockton, California . The <br /> site lies in Section 21 ; T2N; R6E; MDB&M at 'approximately 12 feet <br /> above mean sea level (MSL) (see Fiqures 1 , 2 , and 3 ) . The parcel. <br /> is # 31 and can be located in Assessor's Book 97 on page 41 ( 97-- <br /> 041-31 ) . <br /> The two proposed down gradient ground water monitoring wells will <br /> be located east across Pacific Avenue in the parking lots of <br /> Festival Cinema located at 6436 Pacific Avenue and Grand Auto <br /> 1 <br />
