Diane Hinson, both of San Joaquin <br /> County Health. <br /> As you are aware, Mr. Wilbur Smith II , of Sims--Grupe Management <br /> Corp. Inc. of Stockton, California (209 ) 478-9200, requested that <br /> we send him information concerning our upcoming remediation system <br /> at the above mentioned site. It was agreed that we would trade <br /> information and he would have his consultants send us information <br /> concerning the TCE, PCE, and cis-1-2 DCE ground water plume found <br /> beneath Lincoln Center. We sent Mr. Smith the information he <br /> requested on July 31, 1991 . To date we have not received the <br /> requested information from Mr. Smith or his consultant. The <br /> requested information could be beneficial to our evaluation once <br /> we activate the remediation system. <br /> I contacted Mrs. Diane Hinson, the San Joaquin County Health <br /> official reviewing our site, she was in a meeting but I was able <br /> z.o speak with Ms. Eleanor Ratliff, the San Joaquin County Health <br /> official reviewing the Lincoln Center problem. Ms. Ratliff, felt <br /> that our remediation efforts would not pull the Lincoln Center <br /> plume towards us, that their plume, not fully defined, seems to be <br /> trending in a northeasterly direction and concentrated near the <br /> Benjamin Holt-Gettysburg intersection. <br /> Mrs. Diane Hinson returned my call later that afternoon, and <br /> voiced si.miliar thoughts as Ms . Ratliff, that our remediation <br />
