R603 UPDATE-12 12/22/92 <br /> As of December 9, 1992 the air dilute has been completely closed <br /> and all vacuum recovery is directed to MW1, MW2, MW3 , MW10, EX-4" <br /> and the "ConVault" water treatment tank, this increase in the <br /> vacuum on the wells enlarged the area of vacuum influence and <br /> should influence MW8 and MW12 ground water conditions, see Figure <br /> 7 <br /> The permit to dump treated ground water to the sewer was received <br /> and the initial dumping of 800 gallons of treated ground water <br /> occurred on December 1, 1992 All permit conditions were meet, <br /> see Table 4 This interim treatment will continue in batches of <br /> approximately 200- 300 gallons until the need for continuous <br /> ground water pumping is evaluated <br /> 5 .0 RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> 1 Perform ground water sampling for gasoline range <br /> hydrocarbons on a quarterly basis . <br /> 2 . Have LTT remove condensate from dropouts along with <br /> purging MW1, MW2 , MW3 , MWS and MW10 and monitor REMOX <br /> unit with a LEL/02 meter (adjust as needed) , twice <br /> weekly <br /> 3 . Provide monthly update status reports of vapor <br /> recovery/destruction <br /> 4 Treat the collected condensate and purged ground water <br /> by tank aeration - vapor destruction using the REMOX <br /> incinerator <br /> 6 . 0 TIME FRAME <br /> January 15, 1993 Monthly site monitoring. <br /> February 15, 1993 UPDATE STATUS for January, 1993 . <br /> 7 .0 HEALTH AND SAFETY <br /> This site is being treated as a class D site, normal common sense <br /> , � to ha ,�cer7qee Appendix C Health and Safety Plan. <br /> PAGE 10 <br />
