Excavation <br /> will be sampled under the direction of San Joaquin County Health and backfilled to <br /> accommodate the reuse as a gasoline retail station. Surface will be replaced with asphalt and <br /> concrete as appropriate <br /> The station site is fenced from public access, this fence will remain in place during construction <br /> and storage of excavated soils <br /> SITE ACTIVITIES <br /> I Removal of concrete island and asphalt over area to be excavated <br /> 2 Construct soil stockpile area at service station <br /> 3 Excavate contaminated soils, field screen soils with PID <br /> 4 Obtain confirmation soil samples to delineate the extent of the contaminated soil and <br /> document removal of contamination source <br /> 5 Backfill excavated area with clean pea gravel, compact as necessary to achieve City of <br /> Stockton and/or County of San Joaquin building code approval. Set traffic boxes <br /> J 6. Resurface to pre-existing conditions <br /> 7 Clean site <br /> S Cover soil stockpiles nightly with plastic liner <br /> JOB HAZARD ANALYSES <br /> PHYSICAL HAZARDS <br /> X NOISE X TRAFFIC <br /> X_UNDERGROUND HAZARDS _OVERHEAD HAZARDS <br /> X EXCAVATIONS/TRENCHES X MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT <br /> X_OTHER GASOLINE POWERED ELECTRICAL GENERATOR AND <br /> ELECTRICAL CORDS COULD CAUSE A SHOCK HAZARD.
