Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submission of four(4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Department for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> NOTE: Applicant will need to provide documentation on historical use or non-use of existing <br /> underground fuel tanks in order to propose their usage prior to building permit approval_ <br /> B. Connection to a public sewer system is required (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(b)). <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2) <br /> D. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> E. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> F. Applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department a Hazardous Materials <br /> Management Plan in accordance with California State Laws. <br />
