A copy of the SVVRBC flyer entitled "ACT N(]VV'', <br /> explaining the responsibilities of LIST owners and the deadlines by which you must Cnnnp|y' is <br /> enclosed with this letter. <br /> This second notification is being sent through certified mail so you understand the importance <br /> - ofthe January 1 2005. deadline to (described below) <br /> and identify the ICC certified Designated UST Operator(s)* for all-of <br /> tank (USTI facilities located vv/xm/ um/. ~vuyuv. u""..`y. <br /> The owner's compliance statement mentioned above is required pursuant to California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23. section 2715 /8\ which reads: <br /> By January 1, 2005, owners of underground storage tank systems shall <br /> submit m signed statement to the local agency indicating that the owner <br /> understands and in in compliance with all applicable underground storage <br /> tank raquinmnnento, and identifying the designated UST operator(s) for each <br /> facility owned. The owner shall inform the |uoa| agency of any change of <br /> designated UST operator(s) no later than 30 days after the change. <br /> To help you comply with these requirements, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department /EHD\ is enclosing 8 document entitled "Owner Statements of Designated <br /> Underground Storage Tank (UST) Operator and Understanding of and Compliance with UST <br /> Requirements".
