PLAN REVI19W GUIDELxNR.9 <br />a. <br />The enclosed plan review sheet is to be completed and submitted with t <br />three sets of <br />drawings to PHS-EHU. <br />b. <br />A copy of the California UST Regulations may be obtained from the C <br />fornia State Water <br />Resources Control Board at (916) 227-4303. <br />C. <br />Pennits and/or plan check approval may also be required by the San J <br />quin Valley Unified <br />Air Pollution Control District, the County/City Huild* Department wE <br />the Fire District in <br />your respective area. <br />d. <br />A minimum of 3 inspections will be eondwtcd on the UST system ins <br />ation. A $87 per <br />hour inspection fee shall be charged for additional inspections or rein <br />on as required. <br />(See required inspections below) <br />e, <br />Applicant/contractor to adhere to the approval plan and any change or i jvlation <br />shall be <br />reported to and approved by FHS-EHD prior to installation. <br />f. The application for installation of underground tanks is only valid for t <br />which it has been issued.
