(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equiva <br />Services LLC (Equiva) to document soil sampling activities during a piping removal project at <br />the above referenced site. Cambria performed soil sampling associated with the removal of <br />product piping. The work documented in this report was performed to comply with the San <br />Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS/EHD) and <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) guidelines. <br />SITE DESCRIPTION <br />The subject property is an operating Shell -branded service station located at 4315 Waterloo Road <br />in a commercial area of Stockton, California (Figure 1). The station layout includes two double - <br />walled fiberglass underground storage tanks (USTs), two dispenser islands, a service station <br />building, and a carwash (Figure 2). <br />SAMPLING ACTIVITIES AND SAMPLE ANALYSES <br />Oakland, CA Product piping was removed and replaced by L.C. Services of Fresno, California. The area <br />San Ramon, CA excavated is shown on Figure 2. Soil sampling was performed as directed by Leticia Briggs of <br />Sonoma, CA <br />SJCPHS/EHD. The sampling activities are summarized below. <br />Cambria <br />Environmental Product Piping Sampling: Soil sampling beneath the product piping was conducted on <br />Technology, Inc. March 30, 2001. Cambria collected eight soil samples (P-1 through P-8) from beneath the former <br />270 Perkins Street product lines in native soil (Figure 2).
