The Xerxes <br /> cut sheets require that the resevoir probes be able to detect a high or low level alarm; ie <br /> "dual float". The inersticial resevoir probes being used at this time only detect low level <br /> alarm conditions. The inspection report filed on 5/21/03 asked that this issue be <br /> corrected. <br /> Correct this issue by 8/23/03.
