NORMAL OPENING HOURS ARE 11AM-MIDNIGHT. <br /> FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS APPROVED FOR OPERATION, BUT ONLY WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT'S <br /> APPROVAL.THE FIRE WAS PUT OUT BY EMPLOYEES USING A FIRE EXTINGUISHER. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Fire was confined to the light dimmer switch. Only one shot from the fire extinguisher: Multipurpose dry chemical/HMIS <br /> 1-0-0 containing Muscovite Mica,Ammonium phosphate base. No residuals from the fire extinguisher were observed. <br /> Three of the five fryers have no power. All other equipment in the kitchen have power. <br /> Electrician from John Lopes is working on restoring power and replacing wire and panel at the light dimmer switch at end of <br /> inspection. <br /> Facility may return to operation.
