Kitchen walls and door frames are absorbent and <br />lacks base. Wall behind pizza oven now has rubber coving. Dry storage floors lack rubber coving (floors are the original vinyl <br />tiles). The following shall be finished by 1 month: All of the kitchen walls and door frames that are currently absorbent shall <br />be finished and either painted with semi gloss paint or covered with fiber glass panels. Kitchen floors shall be provided with <br />slim foot base tiles. Rubber coving is not allowed were there is ceramic floors. Dough room walls walls shall be provided with <br />rubber coving. <br />Several hard to reach floors are not clean. Walls in kitchen are yellow due to grease. Floors and walls shall be detailed <br />cleaned by 2 weeks and as needed. <br />Window frames at prep room are unsanitary and have bare wood. Clean and provide 1-2 fresh coats of paint. Correct by 1 <br />month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
