You stated that the permit can not be..oked until the <br /> traffic boxes are in place, <br /> i <br /> s° We can not place the traffic boxes over the wells until we get the go <br /> i ahead to continue the station construction; we do not know the grade <br /> the surface will be at• until tank closure. <br /> i <br /> The wells are complete with cemented saAitary seal. The actual <br /> i fy traffic box protection is the only thing missin <br /> Margaret's report shows.
