ELEVENTH STREa;T, <br /> TRACY, CALIFORNIA, (SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY HEALTH SITE CODE: 1441) . <br /> DRILLING METHOD: HOLLOW STEM AUGER, USING 8" HOLLOW STEM TO 20' <br /> MEASURED DEPTH. <br /> THE DRILLING CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TO WESTERN GEO-ENGINEERS <br /> (WEGE) THE FOLLOWING: <br /> 1) CURRENT DOCUMENTATION OF COMPLETION OF OSHA 29 CFR <br /> 1910.120 TRAINING FOR THE DRILLER AND HELPER(S) . <br /> 2) TYPE OF DRILLING RIG(S) TO BE USED. <br /> 3) CURRENT COMPREHENSIVE AND LIABILITY INSURANCE FILED WITH <br /> THE FOLLOWING AGENCIES; SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY HEALTH, <br /> AND CITY OF TRACY. <br /> 4) THE DRILLING CONTRACTOR WILL NAME DESERT PETROLEUM AS <br /> ALSO 1NSURED ON HIS LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR THE ABOVE <br /> COUNTY. <br /> 5) WEGE WILL PROVIDE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN, ACT AS <br /> HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER AND PROVIDE THE ENCROACHMENT <br /> PERMITS. <br /> 6) WEGE WILL PROVIDE CHAIN OF CUSTODY DOCUMENTATION, SAMPLE <br /> PRESERVATION, AND DELIVERY TO A DHS CERTIFIED <br /> LABORATORY. <br /> DRILLER WILL FURNISH: <br /> o Hand auger set to 5' depth. <br /> 0 8" hollow stem augers to 201 . <br /> o Steam cleaner. <br /> o Grout pump & (111-tremie pipe may be needed-30' ) . <br /> a Supply drilling/destruction permits and DWR reports. <br /> 0 California split spoon sampler that holds 3 2',x6" brass <br /> sleeves. <br /> o Rinseate drums to hold all fluids that are created <br /> during the drilling, cleaning at the site. <br /> o Well casings will be SCH 40 F48n TriLock - 211 . <br /> o Grout will be neat cement with 5%� bentonite as conforms <br /> to State and/or County requirements for annular seal. <br /> 0 Sand pack, #3 clean Monterey sand. <br /> a Sand pack will be staged in while pulling augers to <br /> insure no bridges develop. <br /> o All cutting and well materials produced from the <br /> drilling and destruction of the wells, and borings will <br /> be placed on 6 mil polyethylene liner and covered with <br /> same and left at the designated area at each site. <br /> 0 2" X 6" clean brass sample sleeves (approx. 45 sleeves) . <br /> - �r <br />
