In such cases,the allowable concentrations <br /> levels should not exceed the maximum concentrations levels allowable under statutes and <br /> regulations. <br /> PHS/EHD has been informed that a modification to the air permit has been requested and <br /> submitted to the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District for evaluation. <br /> PHS/EHD comments regarding cleanup levels, institutional controls and confirmation sampling <br /> should be addressed in a work plan due April 28, 1995, that includes the proposed vapor <br /> extraction and air sparge wells.
