In such cases,the allowable concentrations
levels should not exceed the maximum concentrations levels allowable under statutes and
regulations.
PHS/EHD has been informed that a modification to the air permit has been requested and
submitted to the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District for evaluation.
PHS/EHD comments regarding cleanup levels, institutional controls and confirmation sampling
should be addressed in a work plan due April 28, 1995, that includes the proposed vapor
extraction and air sparge wells. Once the work plan and additional information is submitted
PHS/EHD will initiate the public participation period.
If you have any questions or to schedule a site inspection, please contact Mary Meays at (209)
468-0337.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division n
Mary Meays, Senior REHS Diane M.
