The contract physician shall deter- mine annually if any health or physical conditions exist which would prohibit a worker from being assigned to an area requiring respiratory protection. Such conditions as facial hair, scars, wrinkles, facial diseases, dentures removal, or other disorders could prevent a proper facepiece-to-face seal.
