The most recent groundwater monitoring event took <br /> place on February 14, 1991, and included the sampling and analysis of groundwater <br /> from site wells,and preparation of groundwater elevation contour and dissolved <br /> hvdrocarbon concentration maps. <br /> Site Conditions <br /> UNOCAL bulk plant with two 19,.500-gallon and <br /> The site is an operating <br /> two 20,00G-gallon above-ground hydrocarbon storage tanks located in the western <br /> portion of the property(Figure 2).
