DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required (Planning Title Section 9-9112) . <br /> b. The Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on <br /> the Parcel Map (Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) . <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of the building permit application. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a <br /> twenty-five foot (251 ) wide right -of-way along the easterly <br /> property line APN 013-190-24 . (A $200. 00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed) (Planning Title Section <br /> 9-9204 , 9-9380) . <br /> f. The frontage improvements for Acampo Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot <br /> right-of-way farm or estate subdivision street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Parcel Map. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels #1 and <br /> Designated Remainder and an estimate. The estimate and legal <br /> descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer <br /> with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval. <br />
