PA-0800211 <br /> WHEELER/LOST ISLE PARTNERS <br /> Entertainment Permit Application No. PA-0800211 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on August 7, 2009. The effective date of approval is August 7, <br /> 2009. This approval will expire on February 6, 2011 , which is 18 months from the effective <br /> date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all <br /> necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary <br /> permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those <br /> Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements <br /> pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other <br /> ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact John Funderburg, 468-3160) <br /> a. IMPROVEMENT PLAN: APPLICATION-IMPROVEMENT PLAN". The Site Plan required <br /> as a part of the improvement plan must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed architect. This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, <br /> on-site parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer <br /> to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST'for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review <br /> (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for an Entertainment Permit for an existing resort to <br /> include indoor and outdoor social activities and allow for live entertainment and dancing <br /> with uniformed security officers. new camera surveillance system and new customer <br /> control entry point as shown on the site plan dated July 9. 2008. <br /> c. HOURS OF OPERATION: All entertainment establishments shall be closed and all <br /> patrons shall vacate the premises between 2 00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., except that as part <br /> of a New Year celebration, entertainment establishments may remain open until 3:00 <br /> a.m. on January 1st. (Development Title Section 9-1085.8 [a]) <br /> d. HOURS OF OPERATION (RESPONSIBLE PERSON): A Responsible Person must be <br /> present in the entertainment establishment during all hours that the entertainment <br /> establishment is open and offering entertainment. (Development Title Section 9-1085.8 <br /> [c]) <br /> e. NOISE ABATEMENT Outdoor establishments shall comply with the requirements of <br /> section 9-1025.9. <br /> f. ORDERLY DISPERSAL REQUIRED: Each Responsible Person shall use reasonable <br /> efforts to cause the orderly dispersal of patrons from the vicinity of the establishment at <br /> closing time. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ON PREMISES: <br /> (1) It is unlawful for any person to bring an alcoholic beverage onto the premises unless <br /> such action is allowed by the entertainment establishment's ABC license. <br /> (2) It is unlawful for any Responsible Person to allow any person to bring an alcoholic <br /> beverage onto the premises unless such action is allowed by the entertainment <br /> establishment's ABC license.
