Other requirements may also apply. These requirements-cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study including the proposed parishioners and guests <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be performed prior to issuance <br /> of building permit(s) (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(4)). A <br /> nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$445.00, effective August 1, 2001, must <br /> be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00, effective August 1, 2001, per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development based on the findings <br /> of the Soil Suitability Study (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> NOTE: Applicant's indication to utilize the existing septic system can only be supported based <br /> on the Soil Suitability Study and physical demonstration to Environmental Health Division of the <br /> size of the existing septic system with the appropriate consultation fee of$178.00, effective <br /> August 1, 2001. <br /> fl <br /> q al <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> E A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
