The frontage improvements for Airport way shall be constructed in conformance with the Special plan SP 65-1 for one-half of a 210-foot right-of-way street. The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A $325.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of$140.00.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) 5. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $176.84 per daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted u July 1 of each year by.the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) 6. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $456.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Service Commercial. f The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) 7. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. 8. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. 9. A Traffic study is required due to potential`trafFic generated from the proposed development. The Consulting Engineer shall recommend the scope of work, such as road segments and intersections to be studied. County staff will make final determination of the scope of work. The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as estimated by the Department of Public Works Public Facilities Division, prior to Department of Public Works preparing or contracting for the required study.
