The San Joaquin COG Regional Transportation Plan identifies widening <br /> improvements from 4 to 6 lanes on SR 99 from Highway 120 to Arch Road in the 2416- <br /> 2020 years and from Arch Road to Main Street in the 2011-2015 years. Under SB 45 San <br /> Joaquin COG now has authority to set project priorities for regional improvements within <br /> l . San Joaquin County and could possibly advance the SR 99 widening project before the <br /> programmed year. 3' <br /> �I <br /> Currently a Route 99 Major Investment Study Progress Report (MIS) between Jack Tone <br /> Road and Peltier Road is being developed by San Joaquin Council of Governments. Tne <br /> report will identify solutions to design, traffic and environmental problems that currently <br /> exist on SR 99. <br /> Stockton Metropolitan Airuort Traffic Study,,Addendum, Section IX <br /> • Page Adm-61, Mitigation Measures.
