Recommend that the Board of Supervisors approve Special Purpose Plan No. PA-02-38 based <br /> on the ability to make the "Basis for Special Purpose Plan"contained in the staff report. <br /> Basis for Special Purpose Pian <br /> 1. The Special Purpose Plan is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, and any <br /> applicable Specific Plan. <br /> • This determination can be made because the Air Metro Park Addendum to the Stockton <br /> Metropolitan Airport Special Purpose Plan is consistent with all of the objectives, policies, <br /> and implementation measures-contained in the Mixed Use Development section of the <br /> Community Organization and Development Pattern chapter of the General Plan. The <br /> Stockton Metropolitan Airport Special Purpose Plan was prepared as a required <br /> Implementation measure in the Mixed Use Development section of the General Plan. The Air <br /> Metro Park Addendum is intended to implement the policies contained in the General Plan <br /> relative to the Airport Multi-Use (AP-X) land use designation. There are no Master Pians or <br /> Specific Plans for the site. There is an adopted Stockton Metropolitan Airport Master Layout <br /> Plan,which is a programmatic document used by the Airport for long-range planning,and is <br /> not a Community Development Department document. The proposed Air Metro Park <br /> Addendum to the Stockton Metropolitan Airport Special Purpose Plan is consistent with the <br /> Airport Master Layout Plan,as amended. <br /> Conditions <br /> .
