SA-01-83 OF <br /> STEVEN AND LORI FELTEN <br /> h <br /> The applicants have submitted the above referenced Site Approval Application for an off-site <br /> wine cellar to store approximately 2,500 cases of wine in an existing 2,400 square foot storage <br /> building. There will be no employees associated with the wine cellar. As required by Section 9- <br /> 110.4 of the Development Title, the wine is produced off-site and the owner of the property <br /> with the proposed wine cellar has a percentage ownership in the vineyard where the grapes h <br /> are grown. The applicants are not proposing a tasting room or any marketing events. <br /> The parcel is located on the west side of Alpine Road, 800 feet south of Realty Road, east Df <br /> Lodi. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-01-83 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 <br /> months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and <br /> (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits.
