PA-0700046 (UP) <br /> February 27, 2007 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> G. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> a <br /> H. If hazardous material is stored on site,applicant must register with County Office of Emergency <br /> Services. <br /> I. If hazardous waste is generated,applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and comply with <br /> applicable regulations. <br /> J. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an <br /> above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered engineer must <br /> design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for <br /> hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Department. A$190.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br />
