The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. An access agreement for use of Navone Road, a private road, shall be prepared by the applicant <br /> and recorded prior to issuance of the building permit if Navone Road is used for access. <br /> d. The frontage'improvements for Arata Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards <br /> for one-half ofa' 50-foot-wide right-of-way rural road street.
