We <br /> E <br /> offer the following comments and recommendations with respect to the <br /> Williamson Act. <br /> Proiect Description <br /> The project is described as the adjustment of property lines between two <br /> parcels, one resulting in 108.3 acres and the other 10 acres. The property <br /> is zoned AG-40 and is located on the northwest corner of West Arbor <br /> Aver ue-and.South Paradise Avenue, east of Tracy, San Joaquin Countv. <br /> The Tentative Lot Line Adjustment Map's General Notes refer to the <br /> APN's referenced above and the map shows an additional two APN's with <br /> six corresponding Lot Numbers. The Department cannot determine what <br /> parcels are being adjusted/created to result in Parcel No. 1 of 108.3 acres <br /> nor can it determine the number and acreage of the resulting parcels <br /> compared to the six parcels shown. <br /> Williamson Act Lands <br /> It appears that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment will require the Board of <br /> Supervisors to make all of the findings under Government Code section <br /> 51257. This includes the necessity that Parcel No. 2 meets the minimum <br />
