A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of deed or record of survey. A review fee of$186.00 is <br /> required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br />{ikl <br /> County Prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel., A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE:" The Environmental Health Department previously advised applicant that a Soil ;, y <br /> SuitabiIity/Nitrate loading Study is required because of dairy operating and new parcels <br /> for future home-sites (see PA-03-314). r' <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of deed or record of survey. Samples are to be taken <br /> and analyzed by aState-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.7). <br />
