Review by the Community Development <br /> Department is limited to General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit. <br /> The following information is provided as a result of that review: <br /> Community Development Department <br /> The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to <br /> the City of Stockton's General Plan. <br /> The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future <br /> annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department—Sanitary Sewer . <br /> The subject parcel is currently not served by a City sanitary sewer system. The subject <br /> parcel is within the City's Sewer Collection System No, 8. The point of connection to <br /> the sanitary sewer service would be the existing 8-inch line in Arch Road. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department—Storm Sewer <br /> The subject parcel is currently not served by a City storm sewer system. The point of <br /> connection would be the existing maintenance hole in South Highway 99 Frontage <br /> Road East and Arch Road. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department—Water <br /> The subject parcel is currently not served by a City water system. The subject parcel is <br /> within the City's Southern Water system.
