The entitlements granted under SA-96-79 have expired as of July 28, 1998,
AT&T Wireless Services was not able to implement the entitlements granted under this
Permit for several reasons. Most importantly, we found that our construction sequence, as
originally proposed, for constructing this particular site and bringing it "on-air" was
delayed in order to implement other sites in northern California which were considered a
more critical priority when looked at from an overall network perspective. AT&T has now
scheduled the implementation of this site and wishes to move forward with all due speed.
We have reviewed the Conditions of Approval as issued for the SA-96-79 Permit and
would have no objections if these same Conditions were attached to the new Permit
entitlement we are applying for.
Please find attached to the application a copy of the previous application and an updated
set of site plans and elevations.
If you have any questions regarding our application, please contact me at the following
mobile number: (530)957-3524.
C
S" cerely,
Arlan Nickel
Planning Consultant
f
130 Recycled Paper
