Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. (San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Title 9-10100-05) <br /> C. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. San Joaquin county <br /> Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> 3 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. The minimum parcel size shall be two (2) acres and the <br /> minimum lot width shall be 100 feet. <br /> 4 . SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
