(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Deanne and Larry DeKam APN: 059-020-12 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> i The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Armstrong Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> ' of 60 feet. Lower Sacramento Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br /> I RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approaches, unless already paved, shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to Issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of site plan approval. (The fee currently is $148.90 per daily trip-end <br /> generated in the Lodi area.
