Located on the north side of EigheMile <br /> Road, east of existing driving range, west of Stockton(APN: 066-280-01; <br /> Address: 6301 West Eight Mile Road, Sockton). <br /> Chandler Martin, Senior Planner; Jerry Sperry, Spanos Construction, Inc.;Bob Zipf, Senior <br /> Building Inspector were present for this item. <br /> Chandler Martin presented the project. <br /> Mr. Zipf indicated that the tent structure is an illegal use, and will need a building permit. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicant that if he plans to remove the tent and replace it with a <br /> permanent facility he will need to bring in to the Community Development Department <br /> Site Plans and Improvement Plans. If the applicant wishes to replace the tent pavilion with a <br /> larger facility, a revised application will be required and the project will have to be referred out a <br /> second time.
