DP-88-32 <br /> DATE APPROVED DECEMBER 28, 1987 <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN:. <br /> 1 . The permitted use shall not at any time develop into a <br /> nuisance, as herein defined. For the purposes of this <br /> Permit, a nuisance is defined as follows : <br /> "Nuisance is defined as anything resulting from unreasonable <br /> 6 or unlawful practices or from neglect which is, or tends to <br /> be injurious to health, safety or public welfare or is <br /> unsightly or offensive to the senses so .as to interfere with <br /> 6. the comfortable enjoyment of life or property in the neigh- <br /> borhood area as defined by the Planning Commission or Board <br /> of Adjustment. " <br /> 2 . The Development Plan is hereby made <br /> P y a permanent part of this <br /> approved permit and all construction, reconstruction, moving, <br /> remodeling or other structural alteration shall be made in . <br /> conformity therewith. Any variation from said Development <br /> Plan shall first be approved by the Planning Director or <br /> Board of Zoning Adjustment . <br /> 3 . The Planning Director or Board of Zoning Adjustment may <br /> require conditions greater than set forth in the Zoning <br /> Ordinance for Commercial, Manufacturing or Residential (R-4 ) <br /> zones ; and may also demand additional requirements for <br /> landscaping, visual screens and any other conditions deemed <br /> essential to insure the compatibility of a new land use to <br /> the neighborhood and, more particularly, adjacent properties . <br /> 4 . Approval of the Local Health District . <br /> 5 . Approval of the Department of Public Works . <br /> 6 . If toxic materials such as thinning agents are used in the <br /> drilling muds, the mud pit must be lined with plastic or <br /> other impervious material and the spent mud must be disposed <br /> of at a site approved by the Regional Water Quality Control <br /> ..
