These requirements cannot be <br />modified. <br />b) Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br />Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />3) DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Alex Chetley, 468-3000) <br />a) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br />payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br />of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br />Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br />Informational Notes: <br />(i) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building <br />Division of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the <br />building permit. Per the attached letter <br />from Mr. Paul Sensibaugh, MHCSD General Manager, May 3, 2005, the Park and Ride lot is <br />deferred to the time of the development of the Community Commercial Shopping Center along <br />Central Parkway and Arnaudo Boulevard. Therefore, the Park and Ride lot shall be a condition of <br />approval associated with development of the Community Commercial Shopping Center along <br />Central Parkway and Arnaudo Boulevard. <br />b) Traffic signals at Providence Street and Arnaudo Boulevard/Tradition Street and Arnaudo <br />Boulevard shall be required when warranted or triggered by the traffic study or a condition of <br />approval for the Neighborhood F map. <br />c) Construction of an 8 -feet wide pedestrian/bike path shall be provided for all collector streets <br />entering the Town Center. <br />d) All construction activities shall be in compliance with the storm, sewer and water master plans. <br />PA -1700047 Condition of Approval <br />
