CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1600287(LA) <br /> MICHAEL A. DE RUOSI IIVWILLIAM MORRIS <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1600287 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on February 8, 2017, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on August 10, 2018,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Alisa Goulart, (209)468-0222)) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among two parcels as shown on the <br /> Site Plan dated December 15, 2016. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
