• CONCLUSIONS <br /> Based on the method and assumptions described, the result of the nitrate loading <br /> estimate indicates that proposed development on the Site should not cause a buildup of <br /> nitrates in the aquifer above 10 mg/L. <br /> The depth of ground water based on recent aquifer levels is estimated to be 92 to 98 <br /> feet below ground surface. The ground-water flow is to the east or southeast at a rate <br /> of approximately four to eight feet per mile. <br /> The well on the Site has not yet been connected to a power supply; no water sample <br /> was collected as part of this study. <br /> Because of the favorable result of the nitrate loading calculation, no nitrate mitigation is <br /> recommended at this time. <br /> • <br /> • LOGE 1902 Page 9 <br />
