No marketing events are <br /> proposed as part of this application. The project site is under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the west side of Atkins Road, 2,665 feet north of Brandt Road, northeast of <br /> Lockeford (APN/Address: 019-140-40/18921 North Atkins Road, Lodi) (Supervisorial District: 4). <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration may be proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration will be available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than March 21, 2018. Comments or recommendations received after that <br /> date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
