All previous conditions shall apply. <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this application. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July I of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 3, The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this <br /> application.
