When an unknown person dumped trash on the Bokisch property, he instructed <br /> his workers to move the trash onto our property. <br /> The traffic, lights, noise, and-air pollution from the tasting room is an <br /> environmental hazard that disturbs the peace of the residents and is a danger to <br /> the natural habitat and animals in the area <br /> The area is rural ranching and farming. The area is not a downtown <br /> entertainment district with the appropriate public infrastructure and rapid access <br /> to appropriate law enforcement, fire and medical response if the parties result in <br /> drunk driving, altercations, fights, injuries, or automobile accidents. <br /> The approval and expansion of the Bokisch fasting room should be denied, as it <br /> is an inappropriate venue for the-area and the-area environment.
