Atkins Rd., Lodi <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees and customers (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1100.1). <br /> B. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article <br /> 4, Section 13260). <br /> Note: An application of Waste Discharge Requirements was submitted to Water Boards on <br /> January 26, 2015. <br /> C. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall <br /> be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable <br /> for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. The review fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of <br /> payment. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee per percolation hole is <br /> required. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> Note: The Environmental Health Department received a soil suitability study dated <br /> February 10, 2014, that has been approved in EHD letter dated March 27, 2014. <br /> D. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> 1868 E.
