In some cases, the District will no longer be able to provide irrigation <br /> service uz.less certai i provisions are rade to extend or relocate facilities to acco-man,date tete <br /> newly established parcels. Further conflicts could occur if these parcels are sold or transferred to <br /> others without provisions for irrigation service.' <br /> Based upon the information provided in the referral, there does not appear to be any concern <br /> relative to the District's ability to continue to service the newly configured parcels.
