Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report Page III-32 <br /> Forward Inc. Landfill 2014 Expansion Project <br /> • the NPDES permit and Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) for landfill operation <br /> and land application of treated groundwater issued by the Central Valley Regional -1 <br /> Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB); <br /> • the Permit to Operate issued by the San Joaquin County Unified Valley Air Pollution <br /> Control District(SJCUVAPCD); <br /> • the Land Use Permit issued by San Joaquin County; and, <br /> • the Manteca-Lathrop Fire Department general permit. <br /> Relocation of the South Fork of South Littlejohns Creek would require compliance with state <br /> and federal regulations, and may require approvals from the California Department of Fish and _ <br /> Wildlife, the RWQCB, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for compliance with Section <br /> 404 of the Clean Water Act, the Central Valley Flood Protection Board, the San Joaquin County <br /> Flood Control and Water Conservation District, the San Joaquin County Department of Public <br /> Works, and the California Department of Water Resources. <br /> Prior to any physical alteration or relocation of the South Fork of South Littlejohns Creek and <br /> prior to approving any building permits, a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) shall <br /> be prepared per Code of Federal Regulations, Title 44, Sections 65.3 and 65.7 requirements and <br /> approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. And, within six (6) months of -- <br /> project completion, the applicant/owner shall apply to FEMA for a Letter of Map Revision <br /> (LOMB). LOMR officially revises the current FIRM to show changes to floodplains, floodways, <br /> or flood elevations. <br /> landfill gas monitoring program, and(e)to not exceed the vehicle limits in its Solid Waste Facilities <br /> Permit.A copy of this Settlement Agreement is available at the San Joaquin County Superior Court <br /> Clerk's office under Case No.CV034764. <br />
