John Funderburg <br /> April b, 2012 <br /> Page 4 <br /> -- • Identification of the 2011 average daily, average weekly and yearly tonnage <br /> received at the Forward Landfill for: (1) disposal; (2) beneficial reuse (green <br /> waste, ash, cement and shredded tires); and (3) material recovery; <br /> • Identification of the maximum allowable inflow rate(daily, weekly and yearly) <br /> pursuant to Forward's: (1) existing Solid Waste Facilities Permit (SWFP); and (2) <br /> proposed modification to the SWFP. This data should be provided for: (a) <br /> disposal; (b) beneficial reuse; and (c) material recovery; <br /> • Identification, by type and quantity, of the existing wastes accepted at the Forward <br /> landfill, beneficial reuse, and at the material recovery facility, and the wastes that <br /> would be accepted under the proposed Project. This documentation should <br /> include at a minimum: (1) hazardous waste; (2) high moisture content wastes; (3) <br /> cannery waste; and (4) sewage sludge; <br /> • Identification of the amount and percentage of Class II and Class III waste <br /> accepted by the landfill in 2011 and the amount that would be accepted under the <br /> proposed Project. This latter data should be provided for five year increments <br /> through 2039; <br /> • Identification of: (1) the amount and percentage of Class II waste received at the <br /> landfill that was generated from in-County sources in 2011 and the amount and <br /> percentage that would be received from in-County sources under the proposed <br /> Project; (2) the amount and percentage of Class II waste received at the landfill <br /> that was generated from out-of-County sources in 2011 and the amount and <br /> percentage that would be received from out-of-County sources under the proposed <br /> Project; (3) the amount and percentage of Class III waste received at the landfill <br /> that was generated from in-County sources in 2011 and the amount and percentage <br /> �. that would be received from in-County sources under the proposed Project; (4) <br /> the amount and percentage of Class III waste received at the landfill that was <br /> generated from out-of-County sources in 2011 and the amount and percentage <br /> that would be received from out-of-County sources under the proposed Project; <br /> • Identification of each of the jurisdictions that send waste to the landfill and the <br /> amount of waste (in tons/year and cubic yards) that each jurisdiction sends. <br /> Identify this same information for wastes to be received under the proposed <br /> Project; <br /> S 1-1 UT E� M 11-1 A LY <br />
