Other requirements may also apply. These requirements <br /> cannot be modified. <br /> A. The Forward Resource Recovery Facility is currently permitted to compost co-collected food <br /> waste. Composting food waste shall require additional requirements. <br /> B. Submit an application to revise the Solid Waste Facility Permit and to amend the Joint <br /> Technical Document. <br /> C. Submit an interim operational plan that included on-site traffic circulation and site access during <br /> creek realignment construction. <br /> D. According to Drawing Sheet 2 of 3, it appears that the corner and part of the FRRC are located <br /> in the creek. Please respond to the following questions: <br /> a. What provisions will be taken to ensure hat flooding will not impact the landfill? <br /> b. Will part of the landfill be in the 100-years flood due to the creek realignment? <br /> c. What will be the separation between the new creek and the landfill? <br /> E. Due to the proximity of off-site receptors, the operator is to install aeration or other acceptable <br /> means of odor control in the proposed leachate pond adjacent to Austin Road. <br />
