The only <br /> sensitive receptors identified near the proposed project expansion sites are rural residences. The <br /> nearest existing residences to the proposed expansion areas and the haul routs are: <br /> • A residence is along Austin Road is approximately 1,300 feet south-southeast of the Phase 1 <br /> expansion area; <br /> • At least one residence is within 100 feet of Arch Road, west of Austin Road; <br /> • Three residences are along Austin Road,between Arch Road and the project driveway,are <br /> approximately 50 to 100 feet east of the road; <br /> • Three residences are along Austin Road, south of the project driveway, the closest of which is <br /> approximately 50 to 100 feet east of the road; <br /> • A residence is along Austin Road, north of French Camp, approximately 50 to 100 feet west of <br /> the road; <br /> • At least five residences are along French Camp, west of Austin Road, approximately 50 to 100 of <br /> the road;and <br /> • At least six residences are along French Camp, east of Austin Road, approximately 50 to 100 of <br /> the road. <br />
