Note: The corollary language for the above changes in the Environmental Impact Report <br /> shall also be included in the Findings and Mitigation MonitoringlReporting Program. <br /> • UP-99-17 Condition of Approval Le.(7) should be revised to read as follows: <br /> The operator,.San Joaquin County, RWQCB, and 1WMB sheWd shall <br /> meet to determine if one or more of the existing landfill units should be closed prior to <br /> apprra initiating the expansion. <br /> • Add condition 1.q. to the Conditions of Approval for UP-99-17 to read as follows: <br /> The Landfill shall not accept solid waste for disposal from general public self-haul <br /> customers and shall be limited to the traffic flows identified in the Su lemental EIR. <br /> As a follow up to the Responses to Comments to letter from the Collegeville Fire District in the <br /> Final SEIR, Condition of Approval No.7 for UP-99.17 has been added on page 30 of the Staff <br /> Report. This condition was developed by LAFCO and requires the applicant to file a <br /> Reorganization application with LAFCO that demonstrates fire protection services to the landfill <br /> property. We have confirmed that the City of Stockton will continue to provide fire protection <br /> until the close of escrow for the sale of the landfill property.
