This condition was developed by LAFCO and requires the applicant to file a <br /> Reorganization application with LAFCO that demonstrates fire protection services to the landfill <br /> property. We have confirmed that the City of Stockton will continue to provide fire protection <br /> until the close of escrow for the sale of the landfill property.
