After a positive result, four repeats <br /> must be taken within 124 hours of being notified of the positive result and five <br /> routine samples shall!be taken the following month, with the results <br /> enumerated and chlorine residuals reported for all these samples. Please be <br /> aware that bacteriological results collected for a system in a calendar month <br /> shall be reported to the Department no later than the tenth day of the following <br /> month. <br /> � Two bacteriological samples shall be collected each month. One sample <br /> shall be collected from the wellhead and another from the distribution <br /> system.
