f (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) e. LOADING: One loading space shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 feet in length and IS feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street or access easement frontage. One tree is required for every 10 parking stalls and shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) (4) Any variation from the Saddle City Master Landscape Plan (May 7, 1992) shall be reviewed by the Development Services Division. h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid walls on three sides and gated on the fourth side. SIGNS: Signs shall comply with the following: (1) All portions of any sign shall be set back a-minimum of five feet from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off(snipe).
