f <br /> (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking <br /> spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> e. LOADING: One loading space shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum of 25 <br /> feet in length and IS feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of 14 feet. <br /> On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the loading <br /> spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. (Development ' <br /> Title Section 9-1015.6) <br /> i <br /> f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) if the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover 1 <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][41) <br /> g. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br /> width of Thornton Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site <br /> and along the access easement prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways,walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street or access easement frontage. One tree is required <br /> for every 10 parking stalls and shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the <br /> parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) <br /> (4) Any variation from the Saddle City Master Landscape Plan (May 7, 1992) shall be <br /> reviewed by the Development Services Division. <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid walls on three sides and gated <br /> on the fourth side. Details shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[d][3]) <br /> i. SIGNS: Signs shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) All portions of any sign shall be set back a-minimum of five feet from any future <br /> right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off(snipe).
