Our Traffic Department has the following comments: <br /> - Impact fees should be collected towards future improvements at State Route 12 and connecting streets <br /> to this development for the traffic generated by project. <br /> - Private road on this site plan should follow previous recommendations. The private road was only to <br /> serve this parcel if the driveway from Thornton Road was closed.
